Overview

S500 is 28nm process SOC that focuses on Android/Linux open source platform market. S500 integrates Quad-Core Cortex-A9R4 processor with NEON SIMD co-processor. 3D GPU PowerVR SGX544 provides the best game experience and Full HD display. With independent VPU and ISP engine, smooth H.265 (HEVC) and Ultra HD (4K*2K) video playback are supported. It also captures up to 1080p@60fps high quality video.
